There are few things I love more than the cool, crisp air that graces us with its presence around during the fall and winter seasons each year…

But, there are other things you could be doing to help lessen your chances of getting the common cold in the first place.

Working constantly to build up your immune system is a great way to help avoid the common cold once this time of year comes around. By helping build your immune system, you are preparing your body to fight off the common cold intruders as soon as they enter your body.
