Music is a beacon to my soul. There are so many moments in life that can be described through a song. I love listening to music because it can brighten my mood on a rainy day, energize me to keep going during the toughest part of my workout, or help me celebrate the little things in life. My playlist is constantly changing. Music allows me to reflect on what is going on in my life while I work out or drive to work. Music allows for freedom of expression through dance or even workouts. Music motivates me to keep up with my fitness plan. Each Sunday evening I spend $5 on I-Tunes picking out new music for the week. New music keeps my workouts fresh and exciting.
Currently my favorite songs to work out to are:
I Will Wait by Mumford & Sons
I Knew You Were Trouble by Taylor Swift
Anything by Britney Spears (she never gets old for me)
All Night featuring David Rush and Pitbull
Lessons in Love by Kaskade
Sweet Nothing by Calvin Harris
