One of the most important things I learned about weight loss is that it is important to eat several small meals throughout the day. Mornings tend to be busy for me because I like to sleep and I often sleep as late as possible which makes me then have to rush around the house to get ready for work. I depend on grabbing something quick in the morning on my way out the door. My go to breakfast tends to be a breakfast bar and a banana. I eat my breakfast in shifts so I will eat fruit around 8:30am and then I will have a breakfast bar around 10:30am.
I recently discovered Zone Perfect's Perfectly Simple bars and they quickly became my grab and go breakfast bar. These bars are packed with flavor, offer 10g of protein, and are gluten free.

My favorite is Toasted Coconut. D's favorite is Peanut Crunch. The Cranberry Almond bar is also delicious with big chunky almonds throughout.
These bars are 5 Weight Watchers Points Plus and they make a great mid day or after work out snack. Higher than most small snacks but I assure you this bar is more filling.
