Free Writing Challenge+30 blog topics

In my very first composition course in college, my instructor had us write freely for 20 minutes a class. The topic was not identified-we were just to write. And write. And write some more for 20 minute straight. Sometimes I felt like my arm was going to fall off. The most random thoughts would come to mind and I often thought faster than I could write. The ideas that were formulated during free write sessions were extremely valuable and often led to paper topics.

This post is about bringing back the free write. Often times I will have the desire to blog but then get wrapped up in a topic; what to say or how to explain myself.
To get back on track with my writing, I am going to try to free write at least once a week to jump start the writing process. Feel free to join me every Tuesday and see if it will help you also.

Write

In some ways it feels like journaling. The only rule is to not restrict yourself. Anything can be jotted down  and there is no right or wrong; just write. Take a break when your hand starts to hurt, but not for too long.

I like this idea! The fact it's only once a week and not daily relieves the stress of having something everyday! I may do another day of the week and I like your topics!!
