What I found to be the most challenging was that I used my weekly points pretty early on in the week. I usually have most of my weekly points left at the end of the week. Sometimes I splurge during the weekend or maybe I will enjoy a strawberry cheesecake waffle sundae from Friendly's with my extra points. I really struggled to stay on target this week so I feel particularly accomplished that I was able to do it thanks to the support of twitter friends and great coworkers.
In fact, I lost 3 lbs. this week. I have no idea how. I stared at the scale in astonishment when it said I was down 3 lbs. for a total of 20 lbs. lost since January 1! I am 5 lbs. away from my goal weight and am in disbelief.
