i wish

Do you ever find yourself wishing for things that you don't have? I do that all the time. I am trying really hard to be grateful for what I have and where I am but sometimes the grass is greener, ya know?

Like right now, I wish I only worked part time and could stay at home with Polo and blog and craft. But do I really? I'm not so sure because I adore my job.

What do you wish for?

This is so interesting you posted this because last night I was telling my hubby how badly I wanted a nice camera. I mean a really nice one so I can have beautiful pictures. I try to be content with the one I have but I would just love a nice Canon SLR.

I hope someday you will get your chance for some time to stay home and craft! :)

I wish I would win the damn lottery and never work again!

The photo is so fitting for you, especially with the "I wish I could talk to owls" block.

I wish I had more time - and I wish I'd remember more often that when it's gone it's gone, so hold on tight to those precious moments and memories.

Haha - I always think about that too. I would love to stay home and blog all day. But, yes - that might get old after awhile, huh??

Right now I wish I had the money to send my son to a specialized school, but alas...

I find myself 'wishing' all the time. I have never worked, but that is because we got married in college and then had kids a year later. Heck I was 7 months pregnant with the second one when I finally graduated. So, needless to say, there isn't a lot in the way of 'material' around here. We chose a different path, BUT I don't think I would change it. I certainly wouldn't change my kids. I think if we had waited to have kids, I may not have had them. I'm pretty driven, and I would have wrapped myself in the work force, and may not have wanted to come out. My husband reminds me all the time (when i get the 'wishies'), that the grass isn't always greener, and there is blessing is what we have. I know this for sure. Thanks for the reminder, Gina, and have a wonderful Tuesday ;D

There are lots of things I wish for...I think the top of my list right now is getting married. It's tough to be content sometimes!

i think you can still be grateful for what you have, whilst still wishing for other things :)

I wish for better health, to worry less (which I worry about!), and silly things such as the perfect pair of boots, and why oh why can't I be slimmer! x

It's completely legit to wish for both! I most certainly do!
